Tiffany Ghicas

Tiffany Ghicas began her career in estate planning after experiencing what the ramifications of poor estate planning could do to a family, her own. She was so inspired by her family’s attorney that her interests quicky diverged from entering the field of entertainment law to estate planning and elder law.

Tiffany strives to make clients feel comfortable while assisting them in creating an estate plan that is tailored to their individual needs. Coming from a Greek background, family is extremely important to Tiffany. As part of her practice in probate and estate administration, Tiffany treats clients as if they are her own family. Her goal is to make a decedent’s family feel supported throughout the entire probate or administration proceeding to make said process as smooth as possible.

Recently, Tiffany represented nursing homes and family members in Article 81 proceedings for incapacitated adults throughout the New York City boroughs and Long Island.

Tiffany was admitted to practice law in 2017. Prior to finding her passion in estate planning and elder law, Tiffany worked in the entertainment industry running music seminars and briefly managing up and coming music artists.

Tiffany is a lifelong resident of Queens County where she currently resides with her family and shih tzu, Dior.
